Your wider team will join for 2–3 training sessions throughout the 12 weeks (1–2 hours each).

This service is built around CRMs that are powerful but still easy for creative teams to use day to day.
I typically work with HubSpot (Starter or Pro), Pipedrive, Copper, Monday CRM, or ClickUp — all systems that are flexible, visual, and simple to maintain once they’re set up.
If your team is using something larger like Salesforce or another enterprise platform, I can absolutely advise on strategy, but the hands-on setup is best handled by a dedicated technical team.
03. Do we need a CRM already?
Not necessarily, we’ll either optimize your current setup or implement one for you.
