I’ve spent over a decade working inside the creative industry—as a photographer, photo editor, agent, producer, account manager, and new business director.
I understand what it’s like to sell creative work, manage client relationships, and help talented people get the recognition they deserve. I also know what it’s like to feel stuck—doing good work but not getting the traction you know you’re capable of.
That’s what I help creative businesses fix. I work with agencies, production studios, and solo creatives to clarify their positioning, build sales systems that work, and grow without burning out.

How I Got Here
2004: Strengthening Creative Direction
I started as a photographer and photo editor in Toronto, learning what makes creative work connect with clients. This was where I developed my eye for what works—and what doesn’t.
2008: Learning to Sell Creative Work
I moved to London and became an agent and producer for Germaine Walker. This was when I discovered I loved helping artists get the work they deserved—and that I was good at it. I learned how to sell creative work, build client relationships, and position talent so they stood out.
2012: Going Deeper into the Creative Industry
Back in Toronto, I worked as an agent for several reps, including Kith and Kin and Hesty. My scope expanded from photography to film, CGI, animation, and digital. I got to see how different parts of the creative industry work—and where most businesses get stuck.
2015: Moving into Digital and Consulting
I joined Thinkingbox as they were scaling their digital practice, and also started freelance consulting. This was when I saw firsthand how the right strategy—paired with execution—could transform a company’s growth. I helped multiple businesses increase revenue, win better clients, and build systems that didn’t depend on the founder doing everything.
Now: Focused on Strategic Growth
I’ve refined my approach over the years. At Thinkingbox, I moved from Senior Partnership & Account Manager to Director of New Business, leading growth strategy and helping the company scale.
I completed Miami AD School’s Strategy and Planning course and stay current on the latest trends in digital, content, and AI. Now I’m focused on helping creative businesses—whether agencies, studios, or solo creatives—grow with clarity and confidence.
