How I Got Here

2004: Strengthening Creative Direction

I started as a photographer and photo editor in Toronto, learning what makes creative work connect with clients. This was where I developed my eye for what works.

2008: Learning to Sell Creative Work

I moved to London, UK and became an agent and producer for Germaine Walker. I learned how to advocate for artists, position their work and build the relationships that move opportunities forward.

2012: Going Deeper into the Creative Industry

Back in Toronto, I represented talent across photography, film, CGI, animation and digital. I saw how the creative industry fits together—and where momentum gets blocked.

2015: Moving into Digital and Consulting

I joined Thinkingbox and started consulting independently. After years observing how agencies operated, I finally got to build the growth systems and strategies myself. This was when my experience compounded and I developed the approach I use today.

Now: Supporting Creative Leaders

After leaving Thinkingbox in 2017, I consulted independently, while the growth strategy I’d built continued to drive results. In 2020, they brought me back as Director of New Business to lead their company-wide shift to direct-to-brand sales. I completed Miami Ad School’s Strategy and Planning course and stay current on digital trends and AI. Today, I help creative businesses grow with clarity and systems, through consulting, strategic leadership, or full-time roles when the fit is right.
